Keeping our immune systems healthy is important on the best of days, but throw in a global pandemic and mid-winter months and it becomes even more of a priority.
We have compiled a list of our favourite herbs which you can brew and enjoy to help boost, pump and fight for you. Many of these herbs are commonly grown, so keep this in mind when you're planning your spring garden while sipping away on your favourite tea.
Echinacea is a power house herb known for its ability to strengthen white blood cells, lifting your immune system and pulling you out of bed quicker. It’s a must-have tea when you feel something coming on or getting you down. (Immune Defence Tea)
Ginger brewed with a dollop of honey and a squeeze of lemon can do wonders when you’re feeling those cold and flu symptom creeping in. The heat from the ginger will stand up and fight off those nasty germs. (Stomach Soothing Tea)

Mint. Use mint alongside your fighting herbs to ease any stomach ailments and sooth your digestive track. Commonly grown in most gardens and easy to pick and dry for winter months. (Mighty Minty Tea)
Rose Hips are packed full of vitamins A, B, C and E not to mention they have disease fighting properties and will add a powerful punch to any brew. (Anti Tox Tea)
Elderflower. High in antioxidants and immune boosting support the flowers of the elderberry tree are plucked fresh in the spring and can come in handy during these winter months. (YEP Tea)
Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogen, and is the perfect tea to get us through long winter months. Add some ginger and a sprinkle of lemongrass and you have the perfect all-around blend. (Golden Chai)
