1-2 tsp loose tea per 8 oz of water, Boil water to 210 F (96 C) and Steep for 5-6 min

Sweet, honey like fragrance and taste is alike to Rooibos and black tea

Our Fireweed is hand picked, fermented and baked in house. We harvest mid-stem leaves from May - June in the pristine west Kootenay Mountains near our home in Nakusp, BC. This is a truly unique tea.
