Return + Refund Policy

We want you to love your tea. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unopened if they are consumable (e.g. loose-leaf teas)

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve the return and provide next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund

Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Payment Policy

Payments are accepted via Direct check out, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, google pay, pay pal or gift cards. Full payment is due at the time of order placement. Cancellation must be made prior to the order being shipped please do so within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Subscription Policy

Payments are taken on the same day every month by method customer chooses when placing order. Once the subscription has ran its course, payment will stop. Cancelation can only be made before the payment OR the box has shipped. Once it has shipped, we do not accept returns. 

Shipping Policy

At Bush Berry, we use ClickShip to find the best available shipping rates for your order. Most packages are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, Canpar, Purolator, or Canada Post (used for PO Boxes and remote areas). All shipments are tracked—we no longer offer untracked air mail.

Shipping Within Canada

You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, we’ll choose the most cost-effective tracked service—either Regular or Expedited.

Shipping Within USA


U.S. orders now enjoy the same reliable, tracked options as Canadian customers.
All shipping methods include tracking.
Free shipping to the U.S. will be sent using Tracked Packet or Expedited service.

Shipping International


We proudly ship worldwide with tracked shipping options available at checkout.

Important Notes for International Customers:

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or lost packages sent without tracking.

  • Orders shipped without tracking will not be refunded if they do not arrive.

  • If your package was sent with tracking and appears delayed, please check with your local post office before contacting us.

  • Customs, duties, and brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by country.

If you are concerned about delivery reliability, we highly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option.

Processing + Delivery Times

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on location and shipping method.
