Breakfast

- Herbal tea such as Daily Detox but other blends or peppermint/chamomile will be fine.
- Quinoa bowl with berries, nuts, and a drizzle of honey.
- Greek yogurt with granola.
- Oatmeal topped with sliced banana and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
- Whole grain toast with avocado and poached eggs.
Lunch
- Grilled chicken or tofu salad with mixed greens
- Cherry tomatoes, and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing,
