Ingredients

Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Lemongrass

1-2 tsp loose tea per 8 oz of water, Boil water to 210 F (96 C) and Steep for 5-10 min

Flavor

A Sweet and gingery Smell which brews earthy, spicy and slightly sweet

Recipe

Bring 10oz of milk of your choice to a boil. Add 1-2 tsp of loose tea. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 min. Strain into a cup and add sweetener if desired.

Turmeric takes the lead here. Warm, earthy, and a little spicy. It’s golden-hour energy in a mug.
