Ingredients

Black tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Star Anise, Fennel, Cloves, Coriander, Peppercorn

1-2 tsp loose tea per 8 oz of water, Boil water to 210 F (96 C) and Steep for 5-6 min

Flavor

Sweet Cinnamon and slightly spicy aroma which brews spicy and malty with a touch of spice and cinnamon

Recipe

Add 140ml of boiling water to a pot (per person) and stir in 1 heaping tbsp of chai. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of milk (or your fave alternative) per person. Heat until it’s steamy and foamy. Strain and sweeten to taste.

Spicy, rich, and totally classic. Made the real way with 7 traditional spices and Assam black tea. Best enjoyed with milk and a few minutes of peace.
