Why Choose a subscription?

Subscribing to our TEA club gives you access to our premium teas at a greater value than purchasing individually.

How often will I receive an order?

We ship out Tea clubs quarterly, thats 4 times a year; January, April, July, October. You will be billed Once when you place your order and your teas will ship out automatically.

What happens if i sign up between the quarter or part way thru the year?

Your subscription will start the day you sign up. You will be shipped your first package for the quarter you signed up in no matter the day or month. For instance, if you subscribe in February, you will receive the first quarter teas and your second shipment will still ship out April 1. 

If you sign up mid year you will still receive 4 shipments.

Can I gift this?

YES! You can even add a note to your order and we will include it with the first box shipped so your receiver knows who its from.  Please make sure to update the shipping address for gift subscriptions. 

Do I have to pay for Shipping? 

No! Shipping is included in the price.

Subscription Policy

Subscriptions & Commitments

When you subscribe to one of our plans, you agree to receive one box every 3 months (quarterly) during the length of your commitment, minimum. Once the commitment is over, your subscription will tacitly renewed until you request your unsubscription through our contact form. Once the renewal of your subscription has occurred, we are unable to cancel this renewal and therefore the shipment of your order. 


Payment of your subscription

It is possible to pay your subscription by credit or debt card or through Paypal. It is not possible to pay your subscription with another payment method. Your payment method will be safely stored in our system and you will be renewed every year if you subscribed to our quarterly plan.


Subscription cancellation 

If you want to end your subscription, simply contact our customer service before the last day of your term.

You can request the cancellation of your subscription however your subscription can not be refunded once the quarterly payment has been processed. If you requested its cancellation, once your commitment is over, your subscription will end automatically. 


Exchange, refund & right of withdrawal

It is not possible to return or exchange product that you received during your subscription, if you are not pleased with the tea that you received. We will also not be able to refund an entire Box if you don't like the one you received. By subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to receive every month a surprise in your Box. 

You can claim you right of withdrawal when you subscribe to one of our plans but the right of withdrawal can only be applied to the subscription as a whole, therefore you will not be able to claim your right of withdrawal on a box from times to times during a subscription. You have 14 business days after you receive the 1st box on your subscription to claim your right of withdrawal to request a refund and a cancellation of your subscription. After this delay, you will no longer be able to claim your right of withdrawal. For example, of you subscribed to a plan on September 2nd and received your first box on September 9th, you will have 14 business days (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) from this date to claim your right of withdrawal and return us your first box to request a refund and the cancellation of your subscription. You will not be able to return your July box received on July 10th by claiming your right of withdrawal as your right of withdrawal expired at the end of May. Therefore, your return will not be accepted, our teams will send you back your box and your suscription will keep going. 

When you claim your right of withdrawal, all the boxes received since the beginning of the subscription must be returned completely and their perfect condition. If you send us back a box and one piece is missing, we will only be able to refund your Box partially. If one box is missing (for example you subscribe to a plan at the end of May, receive your May and June boxes but only send us back the May box), we will not be able to consider your right of withdrawal.
